On January 27, 2025, we had an excellent leadership academy workshop! Our objective was to analyze the importance of trust and relationships. The team identified a few "seeds of trust." Ideas shared: Consistency, kindness, sharing imperfections, being responsible, supporting others, being cooperative, respectful behavior, demonstrating values, helping others, and being flexible.
